I have had a hard time trying to get Walgreens to send my medicine list over to them. And I have had to call a few times and explain what was going on a few times. Each time I call they never cut me short , they are always nice. 😃

I live a mile from 2 other pharmacies. I drive past them to make a 15 minute drive to Piedmont Pharmacy because it's worth it. They never screw up my medications or tell me something's ready when it's not. They are lightning quick, both in filling prescriptions and in the pickup process. And they don't have to ask my name because they remember me.

Great customer service! They go the extra mile and the prices are better than at the large commercial pharmacies.

Had a lot of trouble with the Walmart Market pharmacy. Called Piedmont after seeing the good reviews and within minutes I had a profile, set up for SMS alerts and they were putting in for my RX to be transferred over. An hour later I got a call back, as promised, and the med I had waited days for at WM was ready for pickup. Piedmont is class act and exactly what you should expect of a pharmacy. While I’m new to getting medicine for health, I definitely plan to stay with Piedmont Pharmacy!

They're the best pharmacy in town, no doubt about it. They can deliver to people's place of residence, too, in case you can't go in person. The difference between Piedmont Pharmacy and any big-name pharmacy here in Danville is that they will treat you like a person, and one they respect.
